Scope of Work	Complete restoration of 15,200 sf R.L. Stowe Textile Mill into a new library facility. New lower level concrete floor was installed. Wood columns were wrapped with steel columns in order to structurally reinforce the first and second floors. Addition of interior stairway and an elevator was constructed to meet egress and AOA requirements. Construction of a new drive-thru canopy. Complete landscaping and parking lot additions.
