Renovations and exterior repairs to the Curtis House, an existing historic wood-framed house including replacement of wood siding and metal roofing, installing a drainage system, and structural work.Also included the construction of a pre-engineered metal building to be used as a maintenance building for the facility. New construction included construction of a wood-framed building to house restroom facilities and additional handicapped parking.

We're especially excited about this restoration project! As you can see in the pre-bid photos below, the structures were severely damaged, but this gave us an opportunity to showcase the skills and expertise of our talented employees. Substantially completed in late December, 2011, this restoration has managed to give life to these old buildings yet retain the "old" feeling of the structures.
