• Project includes a single story 14,000 SF building and associated site improvements.  This work includes sitework, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, building footings, slab on grade, masonry, structural steel, structural and light gauge metal stud framing, wood trusses, single ply and shingle roof, drywall, acoustical ceilings, paint, flooring, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.

• Construction of a 6,527 SF one-story addition, Building “M”, to house new administration offices, secure main entry, several science classrooms with labs, several new classrooms, and new dining room facilities adjacent to the existing dining area; Renovation of 34,184 SF including toilet rooms to provide a barrier free environment and select classrooms to include paint, lighting and millwork; New covered walkways and masonry security walls to enclose entire campus; Exterior work includes grading, drives, parking areas, concrete curbs/gutters and storm drainage.

• Construction of an 8,342 SF one-story addition, Building “U”, to house new classrooms and new dining room facilities adjacent to the existing dining area; Renovation of 35,221 SF including toilet rooms to provide a barrier free environment and select classrooms to include paint, lighting and millwork; New covered walkways and masonry security walls to enclose entire campus; Exterior work includes grading, drives, parking areas, concrete curbs/gutters and storm drainage.

• A 10,796 SF building addition to include lobby, large worship space, baptistery and back of house.

• Project is the renovation of the Dining Hall at the NC School of Science and Mathematics in Durham, NC. Work includes asbestos abatement, interior demolition, new floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, new light fixtures, ductwork modifications to serve reconfigured spaces, new sprinkler piping for future use, and adjustments to existing building services to accommodate new owner provided kitchen equipment and casework.

• A 13,168 sq. ft. interior renovation to the original 1978 single-story load-bearing masonry vocational shop building

• project consists of building renovations, energy efficiency upgrades, and updated finishes throughout. The building is primarily masonry load-bearing construction, with steel frame for the elevated roof area over the drill hall. A portion of non-load bearing interior partitions will be demolished, while load bearing partitions will remain; openings to be revised with added structural support. Majority of the load bearing partitions will remain; openings to be revised with added structural support. The scope of the building includes a complete reroof, complete window repair, resinous flooring throughout, complete laying ceiling replacement, interior and exterior door replacement, and painting through. All hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead shall be removed as part of the scope. All new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems are included in the project scope. Electrical scope consists of complete electrical service replacement, new LED light fixtures, complete fire alarm replacement and complete network wiring replacement. Site work for the project consists of parking lot expansion and paving for private and military vehicles, sidewalk replacement, new fencing, and new water and sewer service to the building. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job.

• Project includes renovation of the Central Office building; an existing one-story, 14,353 square foot facility. The renovation work includes demolition of the existing interior partitions and ceiling tiles system, construction of new interior partitions and ceilings/soffits, exterior window replacement, and new window and door openings. The Work includes all general, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and low-voltage trades. Exterior building work includes gutter, downspouts, soffit and fascia replacement. Related site work will include concrete sidewalks, ramp, and recoating/striping of the existing parking lot.
