Scope of Work	Project involved the renovation of a 15,500 sf Neo-Classical building built in 1924 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Repair of glazed terracotta and granite, installation of handicapped ramp, repair of exterior granite stairs and the installation of new handrails and guardrails. Existing windows were replaced with new windows with insulated glass. Abatement of lead paint, new audience seating, flooring, walls, ceilings, doors, mill work, restoration of plaster, and refinishing of existing woodwork. New mechanical system and upgrades to plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems. Structural repairs and retrofitting as needed. Numerous existing components were salvaged, restored and incorporated into the new design.
