Scope of Work	Construction of a new 10,000 sf single story building with kennel facilities for dogs and cats, a spay/neuter surgical area, lobby with viewing area, and typical office, storage, etc. areas. Exterior work included parking lot area and driveway landscaping and seeding of area around building.
