Scope of Work	Complete renovation of building's exterior including new brick veneer, new doors, windows, and canopies. Installed new exterior steps and handicapped ramps. Repaired and repaved parking areas. Replaced HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Remodeled council chambers and included new interior finishes including paint, flooring, ceilings, and casework.
