Scope of Work	Complete renovation of the three-story 30,000 SF Science Hall on the Jamestown Campus. Project includes replacement of the HVAC system, providing a sprinkler system and new fire alarm system. Elevator upgrades as well as electrical updates are included. Toilet modifications made for compliance of ADA and Accessibility Code. Building exterior work includes roof replacement, replacement of the curtain wall glazing and re-sealing control and expansion joints. Site work is limited to providing a back flow preventer and water line for the sprinkler system. Project is a LEED project with sustainable design requirements.
