ArchitectProject consists of demolition and renovations to approx. 45,000 SF of existing interior spaces for a new STEM based High School.
Installation of new classrooms, laboratories, administration offices, restrooms and kitchen.
Scope of Work
  • Project design will incorporate salvaged steel beams, single-use shipping containers for student “Think Tanks”, scaffolding, goat fence panels, interior metal roofing, and fall arrest systems into the final project.
  • Finishes include carpet, resilient flooring, ceramic tile, resinous flooring and polished / stained concrete.
  • Along with general construction, many improvements and upgrades will be made to existing HVAC, sprinkler, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and Data Systems.
