Scope of Work	Demolish and replace existing hydronic piping system, fan coil units, unit ventilators, exhaust fans, AHUâ€™s, VAV boxes, fans, chilled water pumps, hot water pumps, building loop pumps, hot water boilers and controls. Two existing 120 ton packaged air cooled water chillers will remain and be reused. Demolish and replace light fixtures in Areas 1 & 2 and connect to existing wiring system. Demolish and replace additional ceilings in Areas 1 & 2. New ceilings include all new grid, tile and supports. Associated general construction, electrical and control work.
