Scope of Work	Included demolition and complete renovations to 45,000 SF of interior spaces for a new STEM based High School including new classrooms, laboratories, administration offices, restrooms and kitchen. Project design incorporate salvaged steel beams, single-use shipping containers for student Think Tanks, scaffolding, goat fence panels, interior metal roofing, and fall arrest systems. In addition to general construction, project included upgrading the plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and data systems.
