Scope of Work	Interior renovations of an existing shell building to house the Auto Restoration Program with classrooms, faculty offices, break room, storage area, auto & paint spray bays and mixing booths and construction of a buidling to house the air compressors. Modifications will also be made to the Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical systems to support the auto restoration program.
